Don't Die Without Sharing Your Gift

"Freedom Builderz was built so that people don't have to die without sharing their gifts to the world. I mean that's basically it in a nutshell."

That is the whole reason I do this. Everything else, the builds, the launches, the systems, is how. This piece is the why, the long version.

The idea it teaches is simple. Your gift was never meant to stay in your head. If it never takes a form other people can reach, it goes with you. And that is a loss for more people than you think.

Everyone has a song to sing

"Everyone's got some sort of genius, some sort of gift. I call it the song that you came to sing that your soul wants to sing and share with the world."

I believe that about every person I meet. Not some people. Everyone. The gift looks different from person to person. For one it is the way they can calm a room. For another it is a method for training the body, or a way of reading a business, or twenty years of knowing exactly what to say to someone at the worst moment of their life.

I wrote about where that belief comes from in The Song You Came to Sing. The short version: the song is already in you. You do not have to go find it. You have to stop ignoring it.

Here is how to know you have one. Think about what people come to you for. Not what you advertise. What they actually come for. The question they bring you over coffee. The thing clients thank you for months later. The explanation you have given so many times you could do it asleep. That is not nothing. That is the song, and you have been humming it for years.

Most people never get to sing it the way they want

"Most people never get to sing that song, at least not the way that they want."

This is the part that bothers me. Not that people lack a gift. They have one. It is that most of them never get to share it in a way that feels like theirs.

Some get talked out of it early. They are told the gift is a hobby, or not serious, or not a real job. Some spend so long in somebody else's structure that they forget they had a song at all. And a lot of experts, the ones I work with most, do share it, but only one person at a time. One call, one session, one conversation. They are singing, but only to whoever happens to be in the room that day.

That is still a gift. But it has a ceiling. When the calls stop, the song stops. When you get tired, the song gets quieter. When you are gone, it goes with you.

If you are an expert who has helped people for years, ask yourself this: if you stopped tomorrow, what would be left of what you know? For most people the honest answer is not much. Some notes. A few recordings. The memory of clients who were lucky enough to get you directly.

A gift needs a form

Here is where the builder in me comes in.

"I love to see [things] come from somebody's mind, somebody's brain, that they never ever thought could be brought into tangible form, and then I'm able to bring that into tangible form and then they're able to impact the world through it."

That is the step most people skip. They have the gift. They have even proven it works, because people have paid them, thanked them, referred their friends. But it has never been given a shape. It lives in voice notes and Zoom calls and the back of their head.

A gift with no form cannot travel. It cannot reach the person three time zones away who needs it at two in the morning. It cannot keep teaching when you take a week off. It cannot outlast you.

Giving it form does not mean making it smaller. It means writing down what you already do. The order you take people through. The moment where they say "oh, I've been thinking about this all wrong." The things you always leave out because they do not matter. Most experts are surprised how much of it is already there once they look.

So this week, try one thing. Take a single piece of paper. Write the one result you get for people most reliably. Under it, write the first three things you always do to get them there, in order. Do not polish it. Just get it out of your head and onto the page. That page is the first form your gift has ever had.

Do not wait until it is perfect

The trap for experts is not laziness. It is standards. You know your field so well that anything you put out feels incomplete. So you keep it in your head, where it can stay perfect.

But a perfect gift that nobody receives is not a gift. It is a secret.

The people you could help do not need the perfect version. They need the version that exists. The first form will be rough. You will fix it. Every song gets better after it is sung out loud a few times. None of them get better sitting in the singer's head.

If you want to see what it looks like when that shift actually happens, from somebody's mind to something real, I wrote about why I love that moment in Why I Build.

Why this is the mission

On a show a while back I said it this way: "everyone comes here with a song to sing and we get to build the stage, they get to sing that song from and impact the world."

That is what Freedom Builderz is. We do not write your song. We could not if we tried. You already have it. What we do is build the stage: the structure, the product, the system that lets the song reach people without you having to stand in every room yourself. A business that needs you in every room eventually takes the time your family, your health, and your own life need. A stage lets the song keep playing while you live. That is the only reason we exist.

If you want to see the first shape of your own method, the free course outline tool takes three questions and turns what you teach into a structured outline built from your own expertise. It is a good place to start.

Frequently asked questions

How do I share my gifts with the world?

Start by writing down what people already come to you for. The thing you explain over and over, the result you keep getting for people, the question friends and clients always bring you. That is the gift. Then give it a form someone else can use without you in the room: a written method, a recorded workshop, a course. A gift stays private until it has a form.

What if I don't know what my gift is?

Look at what people already ask you for, not at what you wish they asked for. Read your old messages. Notice which conversations leave the other person saying they finally get it. Your gift is usually the thing that feels so obvious to you that you assume everyone knows it. They do not. That gap is the gift.

Why do so many people never share their gifts?

Most people get conditioned out of it. They learn early that the gift is a hobby, that it is not serious, or that someone else has already said it better. So it stays in their head. The other reason is practical: they never find a way to put it into a form that can reach people without them there every time.

Is it too late to start sharing what I know?

No. If you have spent years getting results for people, you are not starting late. You are starting with proof. The knowledge, the stories, and the method are already there. The work now is to get them out of your head and into a form that can outlast any single conversation you have.
