About this tool

Every scalable business runs on three offers. Most experts have one, and it is usually the one that requires them to be in the room.

The Offer Ladder Map lays out all three rungs and shows what they add up to. Low ticket, $7 to $97: the front door, the thing a stranger buys before they trust you with more. Mid ticket, $300 to $2,000: the program that delivers your method without you on every call. High ticket, $3,000+: the flagship, where the real margin and the real transformation live.

Step one is simple. For each rung, including an order bump, enter the price and the number of buyers you expect per month. The map returns a monthly and yearly figure per rung and a total.

Step two is where it gets honest. Toggle paid ads or organic. Choose whether you sell to consumers or businesses. Set a daily ad budget for low ticket and a separate one for high ticket. Enter your active audience size and your flagship offer price. The map then runs three scenarios: worst, realistic, and best.

One rule sits underneath the whole model. Ads run two jobs only: low-ticket sales and high-ticket booked calls. Mid ticket is never paid traffic. Mid ticket is sold to people who already bought the low-ticket product or already know you. If you have been trying to run ads to a $997 program and wondering why it will not scale, this is why.

This is not a hype calculator. Low-ticket ads usually break even up front. The real revenue, the higher show and close rate, is on the backend when they book a call. The map is built to show you that structure so you stop expecting the front end to carry the business.

Real experts build assets. Real numbers build decisions. Run the map, then decide which rung to build first.

Your result

How to read your result

Your result shows a revenue figure per rung, a total, and three scenarios for the path you chose.

Start with the realistic scenario.

Worst and best are guardrails. Realistic is the number to plan around.

Check the shape of the ladder.

If almost all of the total sits on the high-ticket rung and the low and mid rungs are near zero, you have a calendar business, not a ladder. That is normal for most experts we meet. It also means every new dollar still needs a call.

Read the paid scenario with the rule in mind.

The low-ticket ad budget is meant to break even or close to it. Its job is to buy customers, not profit. The high-ticket ad budget is meant to book calls. If the map shows the low-ticket rung losing money, that is expected. Look at what it feeds.

Compare organic to paid.

If organic already produces a meaningful realistic number, you have an audience that is waiting for a product. Build the asset first. Turn traffic on after. That is the order we use on every build.

Then act.

The rung with the biggest gap between what you have and what the map shows is the rung to build. If it is the mid or high-ticket program, and you already have proof of demand, book a call. If you want the full offer strategy across all three rungs, the Expert Freedom Playbook includes it, and the Offer Ladder Map is inside it free.

Questions

Common questions

Why can I not run ads to my mid-ticket offer?

Ads run two jobs only: low-ticket sales and high-ticket booked calls. Mid ticket is never paid traffic. It is sold to people who already bought or already know you, which is where the margin survives.

Is this free?

Yes. It runs free here and is included free inside the Expert Freedom Playbook, where it is valued at $200 in the stack.

What do I do if I only have one offer?

Enter it on the rung it belongs to and leave the others at zero. The map shows what the missing rungs would add. Then take that into the Playbook or a build call and decide what to build first.
